What we do, in BSL

We offer five gentle services, and a steady commitment to access. Nothing is one-size-fits-all. You are welcome to request just one thing, or many, or to simply stay in touch.

Care Boxes

Strength in Fragments CIC delivers care boxes to people experiencing cancer treatment and mental health challenges. These boxes provide comfort, grounding, and emotional support at moments when people feel overwhelmed, isolated, or financially stretched.

Each box contains practical items, sensory tools, creative activities, and trauma‑informed resources. The Cancer Edition supports people undergoing treatment, while the Mental Health Edition supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or crisis.

Creative Kits

Small kits to help you make something, gently, when words are too much.

Grounding Tools

Sensory items and techniques for emotional regulation and nervous-system care.

Wellbeing Gatherings

Calm, accessible spaces where people come together for gentle yoga, creative activities, grounding tools, and supportive connection. These gatherings are shaped by lived experience and held with care, offering a place to rest, share, and feel held in community.

Fundraising Challenges

We'll soon be introducing small, community-focused fundraising challenges to support our work. These will be gentle, accessible ways for people to get involved and help us grow. More details will be added here as the challenges are developed.
