Accessibility
Access is the starting point, not an afterthought.
We design slowly, with Deaf, neurodivergent and trauma-experienced people in mind.
BSL videos are being added throughout July–August 2026.
We are currently adding BSL videos across the website to make our content even more accessible. Thank you for your patience while we update. Follow us on YouTube for BSL updates.
BSL-first
Every page on this site includes a British Sign Language video alongside the written text. BSL is a language in its own right, and we treat it as primary.
Plain English
Our written words are short and clear. We avoid jargon and unnecessary complexity. If something here is hard to read, please tell us.
Sensory-safe design
Soft colours, calm typography, no autoplay sound, no flashing animations, generous spacing. We aim to feel like a quiet room.
Email-first
We never expect anyone to phone us. Email is our home, and we promise to reply gently.
Tell us how we can do better
Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. If something on this site or in our services is not working for you, we want to know.
