Grounding Tools
Grounding tools
These gentle tools can help the body settle during moments of overwhelm, isolation, or sensory overload. They’re simple, low‑stim, and trauma‑informed — designed to meet you where you are, without pressure or expectation.
BSL videos are being added throughout July–August 2026.
We are currently adding BSL videos across the website to make our content even more accessible. Thank you for your patience while we update. Follow us on YouTube for BSL updates.

Request grounding support
This form isn’t open yet — we’re still preparing our first pilot round with care.
Once it’s ready, a short request form will appear here, and we’ll reply by email to arrange quiet, accessible support or delivery.
Thank you for your patience while we bring everything to life slowly and gently.
