Sponsored walks
Walk a distance that suits you, in your own time and your own place, and ask friends and family to sponsor every step.
Support us
BSL videos are being added before the end of 2026. Thank you for your patience while we update.
Every fundraiser helps us develop accessible wellbeing opportunities, Care Boxes, retreats and future community initiatives.
You don't need to be a keen fundraiser, or run a marathon, to raise money for us. Choose something that fits your body, your time and your community, and take it at your own pace. Every amount helps, and every way of taking part is welcome.
Planning something? Email us at hello@strengthinfragments.uk and we'll help you shape the idea, answer questions and tell you how your fundraiser will be used.
Walk a distance that suits you, in your own time and your own place, and ask friends and family to sponsor every step.
Ride for a cause - a daily commute, a weekend loop, or a challenge route you've always wanted to try.
Set your own goal, big or small: a bake-off, a reading challenge, a creative project, or anything that feels like you.
Bring colleagues together with a team challenge, a dress-down day, a payroll giving scheme or a charity raffle.
Host a coffee morning, a bake sale, a quiz night or a creative session in aid of our work, in person or online.
Turn a birthday, wedding, retirement or milestone into a fundraiser your loved ones can join with a gift instead of a card.
Every fundraiser can be adapted. If you'd like a quieter, calmer or different way to take part, just ask - we'll find something that works for you.
Coming soon
We are planning future wellbeing and fundraising challenges that bring people together through movement, connection and community support.
More information will be shared as these initiatives develop.
Prefer a different route? Make a donation, pick something from our wishlist, give a little time as a volunteer, or see exactly how we use every pound.
Stay connected
Join our community to receive updates about challenges, events and ways to get involved. We'll also share news about Care Boxes, retreats and future mobile wellbeing projects as they develop.
